Family Counseling
Family Counseling is a great way for families to reassess the value of FAMILY and to strengthen each individual member so that they can work out their problems together. The family is a complete unit, made up of differing personalities and sizes. Sometimes, the unit gets lost and needs to find a way to come together to identify a common goal. Family therapy helps take the pressures off the family of needing to figure things out on their own, while entering a safe environment to sort through what they each see as the "problem" and come to an agreed and collaborative resolution.

Family counseling provides a different perspective than that of individual therapy, as it sheds light into the issues of the collective unit and not solely on one individual member as the family's "problem". The goal of family therapy is to look at each individual in the family and to identify their individual strengths and how each of those strengths collectively contributes to the bond of family. Our goal is to build those bonds and establish , or reestablish, a cohesive unit.
