Telehealth Counseling

Telehealth counseling allows us the opportunity to connect securely and conveniently from anywhere. Whether on break at the office, after school or after a long day of work, telehealth offers a convenient and flexible opportunity to meet with your clinician on the go using your desktop, laptop, tablet, or mobile device. It's up to you!

What to expect

Telehealth can be conducted from virtually anywhere. We value your privacy and confidentiality and for those reasons request you find a secure, quiet and safe location for the entirety of the session.

We send each of our clients a secure link to log into the session prior to the session. In some circumstances, the secure link will remain the same each week. While Doxy.me is our preferred choice, we do make exceptions and have the ability and capacity to accommodate multiple platforms, such as: Zoom, FaceTime, telephonic, Google Meet, SimplePractice and Sessions (powered by Psychology Today). You will have the ability to communicate with your clinician which is your preferred method, however, by default, we will aim to connect via Doxy.me.
