Hi! My name is Marc. I am a clinical intern at Evolution Counseling and Wellness and a graduate student pursuing my Master of Social Work at Rutgers University. I am working toward becoming a licensed therapist, with a strong interest in supporting individuals navigating anxiety and depression.

Before entering the mental health field, I spent several years working in marketing within the entertainment industry. While that experience was meaningful, it ultimately led me to reflect on the type of work that felt most fulfilling and purposeful, which guided my decision to transition into the mental health field.

I plan to work with individuals of all ages and specialize in working with adolescents.
I also bring extensive prior experience working with children across a wide range of ages, which has helped shape my understanding of development, communication styles, and the importance of meeting clients where they are.

I am looking to support clients navigating anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, and difficulty expressing emotions. My goal is to create a space where clients feel comfortable, supported, and able to openly talk through what they are experiencing.

I believe that therapy is something everyone can benefit from at different points in their lives. My approach is laid back, supportive, and collaborative, and I view therapy as a partnership. I aim to work alongside you to talk through hardships, build insight, and move toward your personal goals in a way that feels realistic and meaningful.
I believe that trust is essential before meaningful therapeutic work can take place. Through collaboration, I will work to help clients move toward the best mental headspace possible.

I look forward to meeting you.
